How does the matching work?

Organizers create custom questions for each experience. When participants sign up and answer these questions, our algorithm groups people with compatible answers. Groups are formed either at a scheduled time or as soon as enough people join.

Is it free to use?

Yes, bemore.social is currently free for organizers to set up and use. Create unlimited experiences, share links and QR codes, and match as many participants as you want.

How do participants find each other after matching?

Once matched, each group gets a unique group code, a chat feed to coordinate, and a beacon feature to help locate each other at the venue. Everyone receives an SMS notification when their group is ready.

What's the difference between scheduled and ongoing experiences?

Scheduled experiences have a specific date and time — matching happens before the event. Ongoing experiences are always open — think a cafe QR code where new visitors can join anytime and get matched as groups fill up.

Do participants need to download an app?

No. Everything works in the mobile browser. Participants scan a QR code or click a link, answer a few questions, and get matched via SMS. No app download required.
